Base- biscuit:

6 eggs
10 g Golden Stevia
1 dl Wheat flour 60 g
1 dl Potato starch 60 g


400 ml whipped cream
300 g Curd
30 g Golden Stevia
1 gram Vanilla


50 g Black Currant
10 G Golden Stevia
1 tsp (2g) Golden Stevia Sweetener

Middle: 1 Banana

TOP: 300 g Strawberries


  1. Foam the eggs, add Flour, Starch and Stevia. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and bake for 20 minutes at 175 degrees.
  2. Mix Whipped cream,  Curd, Vanilla and Stevia.
  3. Smash Black Currants, add water and Stevia.
  4. If the biscuit is cooling down, cut it to for two slices. Both sides moisten with blackcurrant liquid.
  5. Put the first moistened slice to the cake trade and spread the first layer of curd- whipped cream, add a sliced banana top to cream. Then add the second layer of the biscuit. Cover top and edges with curd-whipped cream. Decorate the cake with fresh Strawberries. Put cake to a fridge for 3-4 hours.
